Product Introduction
This product is specially designed for metal cleaning and is composed of multiple highly efficient penetrants, emulsifiers, chelating agents and additives. It can quickly remove and decompose oil stains, cutting fluids, debris and dust and other dirt on the metal surface without corroding the metal. Usage method
Use a 5% concentration. Dilute 1L of the cleaning agent with water to make a 20L water solution.
Operating temperature: Room temperature to 80℃, cleaning time: 1-5 minutes.
Ultrasonic cleaning, immersion cleaning and immersion stirring cleaning can be adopted.
Process flow: Ultrasonic cleaning - water washing - drying. The actual working conditions can be adjusted as needed.
Precautions
Avoid prolonged skin contact. Wear protective gloves, goggles and long-sleeved clothing when operating. If it splashes into the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention. Keep away from children. If a child accidentally drinks a large amount of water, seek medical attention promptly. Keep the operating environment well-ventilated and away from fire sources and oxidants. If stratification occurs after long-term storage at extreme high or low temperatures, it will not affect its use after thorough stirring.
Storage and transportation
Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Unopened products have a shelf life of one year from the date of production.
