Product Introduction
McF-02 steel cutting fluid is a non-hazardous substance mixture, composed of base oil, emulsifier, extreme pressure agent, functional additive, solvent and water. It is suitable for steel cutting processes and can achieve processing protection effects such as cooling, lubrication, extreme pressure and anti-wear.
Product features
- Extreme pressure anti-wear: The extreme pressure components form a protective film at the contact surface between the tool and the workpiece, reducing tool wear and improving the surface quality of steel processing.
- Emulsified lubrication: A stable emulsified system is constructed by combining base oil with emulsifiers, ensuring excellent lubrication performance.
- Functional additives: The matching additives improve the comprehensive performance of the bath solution and are suitable for the cutting conditions of steel.
- Water-based dilution: It can be dispersed in water. On-site water can be added to prepare the working solution, and it has excellent cooling effect.

Usage method
Dilute with water according to the material of the steel and the requirements of the cutting processing technology to prepare the working fluid. During the production process, add the original liquid as needed, regularly check the state of the bath solution, and replace the entire bath solution when necessary.
Precautions
Wear anti-permeable PVC gloves, safety goggles and protective clothing when operating. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes; Avoid contact with strong oxidants, strong acids and strong alkalis. Do not directly discharge it into the environment. In case of leakage, collect it with inert adsorption materials and dispose of it in compliance with regulations.
Storage and transportation
Store in a sealed container in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse.
2. During transportation and inspection, the packaging must be intact and sealed. It is strictly prohibited to mix and transport with strong oxidants or edible chemicals. This product is not classified as a dangerous good. The shelf life of the product is one year from the date of production.
