Copper wire drawing fluid WDF-01 is a special lubricant for copper wire drawing, formulated from a variety of high-quality synthetic lubricating materials. It has excellent anti-friction, extreme pressure, heat dissipation and cleaning capabilities, and can ensure the usage effect in the working environment where the working fluid is used in circulation for a long time. By adjusting the dilution concentration, it can be applied to the rough drawing and fine drawing processes of copper wires.

Usage method
It is recommended to dilute and use it at a ratio of 200 to 600 liters of pure water for every 1 liter of wire drawing liquid (adjustments can be made according to actual conditions).
Precautions
This product may stratify after being stored for a long time at extreme high or low temperatures. However, stirring evenly will not affect the usage effect.
Storage and transportation
Store in a sealed container in a cool and dry place. The shelf life is one year.
