Product Introduction
Wdf-01 semi-synthetic copper wire drawing liquid is a non-hazardous substance mixture, composed of a small amount of base oil, emulsifier, defoamer, extreme pressure agent, solvent and water. It is specifically designed for the copper wire drawing process, providing lubrication, extreme pressure and anti-wear, cooling and other processing protection functions.
Product features
- Extreme pressure and anti-wear: The extreme pressure component forms a protective film at the contact surface between the copper material and the mold, reducing mold wear and improving the surface finish of the wire.
- Emulsified lubrication: Emulsifiers work in synergy with base oils to form a stable emulsified system in water-based systems, meeting the lubrication requirements for wire drawing.
- Anti-foaming performance: By adding anti-foaming components, the formation of foam during the high-speed drawing process is inhibited, ensuring the stable operation of the equipment.
- Water-based dilution: It can be dispersed in water. On-site water can be added to prepare the working solution, and it has excellent cooling effect.

Usage method
Dilute and prepare the working solution with water according to the specifications of the copper material and the working conditions of the wire drawing process. During the production process, replenish the original liquid according to the consumption situation, regularly check the state of the bath solution, and replace the bath solution when necessary.
Precautions
Wear anti-permeable PVC gloves, safety goggles and protective clothing when operating. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes; Avoid contact with strong oxidants, strong acids and strong alkalis. Do not directly discharge it into the environment. In case of leakage, collect it with inert adsorption materials and dispose of it in compliance with regulations.
Storage and transportation
Store in a sealed container in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse.
2. During transportation and inspection, the packaging must be intact and sealed. It is strictly prohibited to mix and transport with strong oxidants or edible chemicals. This product is not classified as a dangerous good. The shelf life of the product is one year from the date of production.
