Product Introduction
BCF-M01 is a water-based cutting fluid for magnetic material cutting. It features excellent cooling, cleaning, rust prevention and lubrication properties, and is particularly suitable for cutting materials prone to rust such as neodymium iron boron.
Product features
- Cooling performance: Water has a large specific heat capacity and strong heat conduction ability, which can quickly reduce the instantaneous temperature generated on the cutting surface.
- Anti-rust performance: It can ensure that the material surface is smooth and rust-free during the cutting and processing.
- Lubrication performance: Ensures processing accuracy, reduces the wear of workpieces and tools, and minimizes problems such as chipping.

Usage method
Recommended usage method: Dilute with deionized water before use. The average amount of cutting fluid used per cut is 1.0 to 2.0 liters.
Precautions
This product may stratify after being stored for a long time at extreme high or low temperatures. However, stirring evenly will not affect the usage effect.
Storage and transportation
Store in a sealed container in a cool and dry place.
