Product Introduction

Xz-131 is a single crystal texturing additive, a non-hazardous substance mixture, mainly composed of inorganic alkali, dispersant, defoamer, stabilizer, surfactant, nucleating agent and water. It is suitable for the single crystal texturing process of silicon wafers.

Usage method

Add it to the alkaline texturing tank in accordance with the proportion of the single crystal texturing process formula, stir and mix evenly, and then put it into production use.

Precautions

Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear safety goggles, anti-permeable PVC gloves and protective clothing when operating. Avoid contact with strong oxidants, strong acids and strong alkalis. It must not be directly discharged into the environment. Any leakage should be collected and treated with inert adsorption materials.

Storage and transportation

Store in a sealed container in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse.
2. During transportation and inspection, the packaging must be intact and sealed. It is strictly prohibited to mix and transport with strong oxidants or edible chemicals. This product is not classified as a dangerous good. The shelf life of the product is one year from the date of production.
