Product Introduction
Xz-121b is the B agent of silicon wafer cleaning agent, which is a non-hazardous substance mixture composed of nonionic surfactants, anionic surfactants, functional additives and water. It needs to be used in combination with XZ-121A in a ratio of 2:1 for the silicon wafer cleaning process of wire saw cutting.

Usage method
Mix and prepare the cleaning bath solution with XZ-121A in A ratio of A:B=2:1, stir thoroughly and evenly, and then put it into the silicon wafer cleaning process. Match the corresponding temperature parameters to carry out the cleaning operation.
Precautions
Wear anti-permeable PVC gloves, safety goggles and protective clothing when operating. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes; Avoid contact with strong oxidants, strong acids and strong alkalis. It is prohibited to directly discharge it into the environment. In case of leakage, inert adsorption materials should be used for collection and compliant disposal.
Storage and transportation
Store in a sealed container in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse.
2. During transportation and inspection, the packaging must be intact and sealed. It is strictly prohibited to mix and transport with strong oxidants or edible chemicals. This product is not classified as a dangerous good. The shelf life of the product is one year from the date of production.
