Xz-121a is the A agent of silicon wafer cleaning agent, which is a non-hazardous substance mixture composed of dispersants, chelating agents, alkali and water. It is used in conjunction with XZ-121B for the cleaning process of silicon wafers in wire saw cutting.

Product features

• Chelation and complexation: Chelating agents can complex metal ions, reducing metal residues on the surface of silicon wafers.
• Dispersion and decontamination: The dispersant has a good dispersion and peeling effect on silicon powder and debris.
• Alkaline system: An alkaline environment helps to remove oil stains and stubborn dirt from the surface of silicon wafers.
• Water-compatible: It can be dispersed in water and compounded with Agent B to form a cleaning tank solution.

Usage method

Mix and prepare the cleaning bath solution with XZ-121B in a 2:1 ratio, stir thoroughly and evenly, and then put it into the silicon wafer cleaning process. Complete the cleaning operation in accordance with the temperature parameters.

Precautions

Wear anti-permeable PVC gloves, safety goggles and protective clothing when operating. Avoid skin and eye contact; Avoid contact with strong oxidants, strong acids and strong alkalis. Do not discharge it into the environment at will. In case of leakage, collect and dispose of it with inert adsorption materials.

Storage and transportation

Store in a sealed container in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse.
2. During transportation and inspection, the packaging must be intact and sealed. It is strictly prohibited to mix and transport with strong oxidants or edible chemicals. This product is not classified as a dangerous good. The shelf life of the product is one year from the date of production.
