Product Introduction
This product is developed specifically for the cleaning of silicon wafers during wire saw cutting. It is made from environmentally friendly raw materials and is compounded with selected surfactants with strong cleaning capabilities and highly efficient additives. It can not only wash away residual silicon powder, coolant, oil stains and metal ions, etc., but also better remove the damaged layer of silicon wafers and stubborn dirt in the thread seams, significantly reducing the rate of white spots during texturing, and is flexible to use. The silicon wafers after cleaning have the advantages of clean surface, uniform color, stable pH value, easy rinsing, low cost and high efficiency, which are conducive to the subsequent texturing process.

Usage method
Add Agent A and Agent B to the reagent tank in a ratio of 2:1 and stir thoroughly until evenly mixed.
It is recommended that the working temperature for cleaning be between 50℃ and 65℃, and the pre-cleaning and rinsing temperatures be adjustable between 40℃ and 80℃.
When the cleaning effect decreases as the number of cleaning pieces increases, add chemicals in proportion or replace the bath solution according to the cleaning status.
After the cleaning is completed, the silicon wafers are dried in the tunnel and then enter the subsequent processes.
Precautions
Avoid prolonged skin contact and wear acid and alkali resistant gloves when operating. If it splashes into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Seek medical attention promptly if uncomfortable. Do not drink by mistake. The product is alkaline. The waste liquid cannot be discharged directly but should be sent to the wastewater treatment station for neutralization before being discharged.
Storage and transportation
Store in a sealed container in a cool and dry place.
The shelf life of the product is 12 months from the date of production.
