Product Introduction
This product is mainly used in the texturing production of monocrystalline silicon wafers cut by wire saw. It has excellent cleaning and texturing effects, low dosage, can effectively control the corrosion rate and amount, has excellent degassing performance, can quickly form a texturing surface, the formed texturing surface is pyramidal and uniform, with low reflectivity, wide process window, and does not contain volatile and toxic substances such as low-carbon alcohols.

Usage method
Add 0.5 to 1% of the flocking additive by volume in the flocking tank, stabilize the temperature at 80℃, and replenish 0.5mL/L of liquid per batch according to the volume of the chemical tank.
The dosage of the pile additive and the amount of liquid replenishment should be controlled according to the reflectance adjustment. The actual dosage needs to be adjusted according to the on-site working conditions.
Precautions
If stratification occurs after long-term storage, stir evenly and it will not affect the usage effect. During the operation process, take proper personal protective measures to avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Storage and transportation
Store in a sealed container in a cool and dry place.
2. This product is non-toxic and non-hazardous. The shelf life of the product is one year from the date of production.
