Product Introduction
This product is a high-performance diamond wire cutting fluid mainly used for processing solar-grade silicon rods. The product features a high content of effective components and good synergy. It has excellent cooling, wetting, dispersion, defoaming and cleaning properties. It can be compatible with single-cylinder or circulation system cutting modes and is suitable for tungsten wire diamond cutting processes of different specifications of silicon wafers (such as 182*183.75, 182*210 and 210*210, etc.).
Product features
- Cooling performance: Enhance the mass transfer rate of materials and rapidly reduce the temperature at the contact surface between diamond wire and crystalline silicon.
- Cleaning performance: Promotes the removal of silicon powder from the surface of diamond wire and silicon wafers, maintaining good cleanliness of the cut wire mesh and silicon wafers.
- Dispersion performance: Reduce the loss of wetting agents and inhibit the aggregation of silicon powder in the cutting cylinder.
- Lubrication performance: Reduce the friction between the diamond wire and the silicon wafer, and decrease the wear degree of the diamond wire.
- Anti-rust performance: Inhibits the corrosion of equipment and diamond wires.
- Stability performance: The effective components do not undergo chemical decomposition in the return water system, and the relative proportions of each component remain relatively fixed.

Usage method
Single-cylinder cutting mode: For each blade, add 2.0 to 3.0 liters of coolant /450 to 600 liters of pure water.
Circulating cutting mode: Flexibly adjust the COD of the return water at the back end and the volume of the application liquid at the front end, for example, the COD of the return water is 7000-14000mg/L+1.6-2.2L of the original liquid.
Precautions
This product may stratify after being stored for a long time at extreme high or low temperatures. However, stirring evenly will not affect the usage effect.
Storage and transportation
Store in a sealed container in a cool and dry place.
