Product Introduction
This product is a high-efficiency diamond wire cutting fluid (BCF-01) mainly used for processing solar-grade silicon rods. BCF-01 features outstanding cooling, wetting, dispersion, defoaming and cleaning properties, and is capable of matching tungsten wire diamond cutting processes for silicon wafers of different specifications (such as 182*183.75, 182*210 and 210*210) in single-cylinder cutting mode.
Product features
- Cooling performance: Enhance the mass transfer rate of materials and rapidly reduce the temperature at the contact surface between diamond wire and crystalline silicon.
- Cleaning performance: Promotes the removal of silicon powder from the surface of diamond wire and silicon wafers, maintaining good cleanliness of the cut wire mesh and silicon wafers.
- Dispersion performance: Reduce the loss of wetting agents and inhibit the aggregation of silicon powder within the cut silicon wafers.
- Lubrication performance: Reduce the friction between the diamond wire and the silicon wafer, and decrease the wear degree of the diamond wire.
- Defoaming performance: Accelerate the defoaming rate of the diluted liquid foam within the silicon wafer and solve problems such as cylinder overflow.
- Environmentally friendly: The COD of the filtered water is low, and each component is easy to be biodegraded.

Usage method
For each single knife, add 2.0 to 3.0 liters of coolant /450 to 600 liters of pure water.
Precautions
This product may stratify after being stored for a long time at extreme high or low temperatures. However, stirring evenly will not affect the usage effect.
Storage and transportation
Store in a sealed container in a cool and dry place.
